About

Candice Brinks

CEO & Lead Designer

Candice brings hands-on craftsmanship and creative design expertise to every project. As a Journeyman Cabinetmaker with a Diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute of Canada, she understands both the technical and aesthetic sides of the design process.

Her career began building custom cabinetry for a high-end home builder in Edmonton while earning her Cabinetmaker’s ticket through NAIT. She later launched an interior finishing business, working on small projects and renovations before expanding into interior design.

That experience shapes the way she designs: with an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, careful detailing, and solutions that can be brought to life. She enjoys helping clients understand the possibilities for their homes and guiding them through the decisions along the way.

Creative vision, grounded in how things are built

Candice’s cabinetmaking and trades background informs every stage of your renovation. During the initial site assessment, she identifies possibilities for spatial planning, with structural changes confirmed by the appropriate qualified professionals.

As she designs, she considers how each detail will actually be built—creating plans that work beyond the screen. Throughout construction, she works closely with tradespeople, understands site restrictions, and helps develop practical solutions that protect the design vision. Sometimes, an unexpected challenge becomes one of the home’s most distinctive features.

Her collaborative relationships with trades help keep decisions coordinated and the renovation experience smoother for you.

Tanneal Haazen

Designer

With a background in photography, Tanneal brings a strong sense of spatial visualization to rooms that look and feel as good as they function. She graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta with a Certification in Residential Interiors.

In her words: “My passion is acting as a translator for my clients - taking the things they love and turning them into a space they can’t wait to come home to. My love for design grew from creating a home that serves as a sanctuary for peace, rest and gathering for my own family, and I’m honored to help our clients achieve the same in their space.”
